Job Description

:

Production planning: To manage production planning, process control, Inventory control, waste control, ensure product quality, delivery on time, and cost control/budget. To lead and manage the operation team (Warehouse & Production) to ensure smooth production processes and operations in the Plant. Oversee and manage effective production planning across all production operations to ensure optimal production yield while minimizing wastage. Tanker / Cargo loading and unloading planning. Managing the maintenance of plant machinery & equipment. To ensure good manufacturing practices and housekeeping practices (5S) are carried out at all time. Responsible for the overall running of the warehouse operations and inventory management to achieve daily production targets. To monitor, maintain and ensure the product stock inventory including but not limited to daily cycle count, reconciling the discrepancy, stock adjustment, etc. To lead monthly physical stock-take activities. To manage and balance control of the stock level for the demand & supplies in order to avoid overstocking. Maintain timely and accurate inventory records in the inventory management system (including excel spreadsheets or other forms of records, where applicable). Other ad-hoc duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Warehouse & Inventory Management or any equivalent. At least 2 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong knowledge of warehouse operation, Inventory management. Possess a good working attitude, and willing to learn.
