Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer service; candidates with financial industry background are preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle urgent matters independently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset, with the ability to coordinate internal and external needs effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic Photoshop skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong data processing and analytical skills; able to use Excel or other tools for data statistics and visualization.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle bilingual business communication and documentation.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle ad-hoc assignments flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the financial business system, ensuring stable system performance and continuously optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, providing professional and efficient customer service while maintaining good client relationships.
• Monitor daily business data, conduct data collection, organization, and analysis, and submit regular operational reports.
• Assist the team with business support tasks, including but not limited to system testing and external communications.
• Support the team in completing ad-hoc tasks during business peak periods or project requirements (may occasionally involve overtime).
