Key Results Areas: \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in job flow schedule scenarios in BMC Control-M \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to create job flows using control-M Workspace \xe2\x80\xa2 Worked with Control-M scheduler. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, develop, integrate, and automate application and operating system tasks through an automated batch scheduler (e.g., BMC Control-M) with focus on efficiency and automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for creating reference architectures, best practices and procedures and will setup, monitor and schedule batch jobs across multiple applications and operating systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working on request based on the service request (SR) or change request (CR) from Singtel customer/stakeholder or SA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control-m batch job execution and monitoring. \xe2\x80\xa2 Batch output & event handling \xe2\x80\xa2 Prompt incident identification, escalation & reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Backup operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate daily/weekly/monthly/yearly/ad-hoc reports when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to all operational & physical security procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operational support during DR Exercises \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain records required to work towards acceptable audit rating. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other operational related duties as assigned. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform callouts and escalation as per the work instructions and/or when the situation requires it by communicating the appropriate information effectively to the relevant support and/or customer.
