Job Description

  • Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
ResponsibilitiesAt Ean Label, We always believe that quality products, quality services and quality people are the key elements for the company to always strike for the excellent and continual bring the company to the cutting edge level in overall.In this role, you key accountabilities include:Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasksResponsible for documents filling administrative work.Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information.Receiving and processing purchase orders.Assist in the preparation and organizing of sample materials from supplier.Issue Invoices & Deliver Order on daily basis.Finalize job sheet before sending to production.To handle customer/ supplier direct call line and solve the related problem.Other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.Benefits
