To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
Train new staff.
Keeps work area clean and organize.
Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
Assist food safety audit and halal department.
Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work according to shift.
Arrange schedule.
Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.
Cover local & outstation outlet.
Will based in KL outlet.
Travel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.
