to provide daily operational and administrative support for our
F&B outlets

based at HQ Tiga Budak Gemok, Sri Rampai Business Park, Kuala Lumpur

You will ensure smooth store operations, accurate inventory flow, and consistent food-safety standards across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operational needs between HQ, central kitchen, and retail outlets.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and service standards; assist with internal audits.
Prepare and analyse sales, inventory, and manpower reports; highlight variances or shortages.
Plan stock replenishment and logistics for ingredients, packaging, and promotional items.
Support new outlet setup, seasonal campaigns, and staff scheduling.
Handle vendor communication, maintenance requests, and procurement of store supplies.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance with HACCP/GMP and company SOPs.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years' experience in
F&B retail operations
or multi-outlet management.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of POS or inventory systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
