Position Overview

The Procurement Executive F&B is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and beverage products, raw materials, and related supplies. The role ensures that procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and comply with company quality and safety standards..

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

Source high-quality F&B products from reliable suppliers, considering cost, quality, and delivery schedules. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve supply-related issues promptly. Conduct market research to monitor trends, prices, and availability of F&B products.

Purchase & Inventory Management

Raise purchase orders based on inventory levels, production forecasts, and departmental requirements. Monitor inventory levels of F&B items to prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensure timely delivery of all materials to support smooth F&B operations. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for auditing purposes.

Cost & Quality Control

Ensure that purchased products meet company quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Monitor supplier performance and product quality, providing feedback as necessary. Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare procurement reports, purchase summaries, and supplier performance reports for management. Assist in budget preparation and tracking procurement expenditure.

Requirements / Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Knowledge of F&B products, suppliers, and quality standards. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with procurement software is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
