ResponsibilitiesOperation Technology:
- Supervise the operation technology, Manufacturing systems, and Logistics system to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with production teams to address IT-related issues impacting manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to address IT-related issues impacting logistics and warehouse processes.
- Implement and maintain IT solutions that enhance manufacturing and warehouse efficiency and quality control.
- Ensure the security and reliability of manufacturing and logistics systems, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage and oversee the Operation Technology team consisting of eight IT Support Specialist.
- This position may require occasional travel between business units or off-site locations.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor\'s degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)

- Ability to utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requests
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate baseline security skills
