Troubleshooting in case of complex problems / malfunctions in the hardware and software of the automation (such as client / server / hosting / network / PLC / SCADA / HMI / MES); Both internal and external central point of contact for automation, being aware of new technologies in the field of automation; Intermediary for OT in combination with IT;
Responsible for the effectiveness, improvement and safeguarding of automated business processes, including ensuring the correct long-term vision in the field of automation;
Apply lifecycle management to the OT asset register;
Responsible for software change management and keeping changes & modifications up to date (change control).

Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor education, preferably in the area of Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering Management or related studies with an Industrial Automation affinity.
>3 year experience in Operational Technology, managing projects within industrial automation or similar
Knowledge of automation in the areas of: Server and PC system(Aveva Wonderware, VMware, Microsoft Windows environment) and Industrial Networks
Knowledge of Industrial automation ISA-95 level 1,2,& 3
Knowledge of PLC programming(Siemens is an advantage) including integration with MES
Good understanding of industry best practices, policies and regulations concerning OT (e.g. ITIL)
Personnel supervision(of technical teams, contractors or 3rd parties)
Strong conceptual thinker that understands the specific requirements and challenges when working with an OT domain.
Participation in the start-up of technical equipment and/or production line(s)
Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution is desired but not required
