Perform daily administrative work to ensure information of shipments are correctly entered into the system;
Assist the delivery team to scan loadsheet before the shipment is out for delivery;
Check the quantity/packages of the shipment/parcel before the shipment is taken out by our delivery driver
Assist superior to liaise with the Linehaul driver on the delivery and pickup status of the shipments;
Handle pickup arrangement;
Ensure all the status of delivery is updated into our system by our delivery driver
Any other duty that is assigned by the superior
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma;
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia required;
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in operations administration will be an added advantage;
Familiar with Microsoft Excel;
Able to multitask;
Communicating effectively across functions and levels
Working conditions:
Working in a warehouse environment
Overtime is required during operations peak season
5.5 days work per week
