We are looking for an Operations & Admin Executive who shares our core values and is ready to make a positive impact every day!As an Operations & Admin Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, managing inventory with precision, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to empowering self-love. Your work will directly contribute to creating a seamless experience for our customers, making them feel valued and supported in their journey to self-love.:
  • Oversee warehouse operations
  • Manage & upkeep warehouse storage
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Prepare Goods Receiving Notes
  • Monitor inventory level & prepare restocks
  • Ensure packaging material and sufficient and reorder when needed
  • Handle customer service
  • Handle walk-in customers
  • Ensure parcels are shipped out within lead time, recorded and signed
  • Assist with ad-hoc & day to day operations of the company
  • Perform monthly stock take
  • Communicate & communicate with other team members

  • Professional Background: Previous experience in managing warehouse, inventory & customer service is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work independently & in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have basic computing skills (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel)
  • Must be able to come to office on your own (own transport or commute)

  • Language of command : Mandarin, English, BM
