Operations Admin Executive
Job Description
- Position: Group Credit Operations Executive (Maternity Replacement)
- Location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400, KL (Near to LRT Ampang Park)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40 am to 5:30 pm
- Contract Duration: 22 March 2021 (or immediate) - 25 June 2021 (3 months)
- Salary: RM1500 - RM 2000 (Depend on experience)
- Job Scope:
1) Provide administrative functions on Banca Credit Business data processing e.g new business, query management, premium suspense management, and refund.
2) Handling reporting to both internally and externally on weekly, monthly and quarterly manner inclusive of adhoc reporting if required.
3) Attending to phone, general common email and walk-in customers’ enquiries and complaint.
4) Handling Incoming & outgoing posted mail
System Testing for Enhancement and Yearly BCP testing on data backup.
5) Miscellaneous e.g ordering stationeries, printer faulty, attending meeting, company training, some others ad hoc duties as and when requested
- Requirements:
1) Malaysian only
2) Diploma/Degree
3) 1 Year experience working in financial / insurance industry
4) Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
5) Capability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
