About The Role Provide day to day SAP functional services covering Financial Asset Management/ Treasury and Risk Management, Market Risk Analysis (MRA), Cash Management (CM) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) for AIA Business Units. Ensure solutions are consistent with regional template and ensure regional solution architecture team is aligned. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform BAU Activities - Incident and Service Request: Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting/ enquiries, Perform configuration changes/ fixes or work closely with vendors where necessary to resolve incident, Resolve and close ticket within Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ideal Turn Around Time (TAT). Perform BAU Activities - Fast Track Change Request: Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation (i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD)). Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test (including coordination with 3rd party where necessary). Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria. Inform on readiness for Production deployment. Prepare & submit Change Deployment Template. Close ticket upon successful Production deployment. Perform BAU activities as per defined in accordance to GASC-Finance IT operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally simple scenarios. Ensure solutions are consistent with regional design architecture. Positive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters. Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as SAP ambassador. Provide training to end users (where necessary). May require short term travel, active standby, and shift arrangements. Supporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required. Job Requirements: University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline Relevant SAP certifications Minimum 2 years\' relevant experience in regional solution / system support with SAP focus across the APAC region. Basic understanding of Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management, Market Risk Analysis will be added advantage. Relevant SAP Centre of Excellence/ Shared Service experience and End-user support track record. Applied accounting / business knowledge in IFRS. Experience in communication with key stakeholders (i.e. finance business users). SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture. Proficient communication & presentation skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good team player, self-starter, proactive and resourceful. Able to work extended hours when required.
