Coordinate with operations team to follow up with containers shipments schedule
Act as a key interface for all customers\' orders and logistic enquiries
Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders fulfillment
Perform verification & investigation checks on customer / vehicles claims (eg: damage lost / goods missing) based on company\xe2\x80\x99s standard policies and operation procedures
Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required.
