HSSE specific responsibilities
Adhere to and promote the safety policy.
Employee and visitor assistance
Coordinates agenda, records minutes, and manages follow-up for department meetings.
Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, charts, reports, and other documents.
Manages logistics for visitors, company-sponsored training programs, social events, and conferences including arranging venues and caterer, developing and issuing communications or invitations, controlling event budget, and making hotel/limo/restaurant reservations for visitors.
Office and Operations Support and Administration
Orders and maintains office and pantry supplies.
Oversees maintenance of office equipment and facilities, contacting vendor or office administration staff when required; coordinates office space planning for new hires.
Functions as custodian of documents and records.
Handles other administrative projects as assigned.
Checks and maintain inventory records, operation documents, production schedules etc.
Monitors and support production, operations and deliveries.
Assist Managers, Site Coordinator, Yard Coordinator and QHSSE Coordinators with paperwork, documentation and reporting as required
Assist in liaising with Clients to follow up on documentations as required
JOB REQUIREMENT
2 - 3 years experience in similar role
Requires intermediate computer skills for analysis (e.g. MS Excel) and correspondence (e.g. MS Word and PowerPoint)
Requires knowledge of integrated purchasing and inventory control database applications
MUST be from Oil and Gas Industry
