Accurately receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against return orders. Proactively communicate with customers to resolve any quantity or item discrepancies.
Packing & Organization:
Efficiently assist in the careful packing and systematic organization of goods prepared for return shipment to suppliers.
Supplier Relations:
Handle the end-to-end purchase return process to suppliers, including maintaining clear and professional communication to ensure smooth transactions.
Record Keeping & Data Entry:
Maintain meticulous records, perform timely data input, and accurately file all documentation related to return activities.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Handle other operational, administrative, or inventory tasks as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in an operational setting is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customer and supplier
Ability to start work immediately or on short notice
