We will count on you to:

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
• Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives

What you need to have:

• Minimum of bachelors degree in any field.
• Relevant working experience in an insurance industry/ Shared Service Center or Policy Processing/ Servicing
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• At least 1 years of similar working exposure for admin & official document preparation.
• Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.
• Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder
