Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
Research and Development:
Work closely with the F&B team to develop new menu timely.
Quality:
Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
Compliance:
Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
Manpower management:
Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
Team management:
Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
At least a Diploma/Professional Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Business studies, administration, management, food & beverage services management or equivalent.
Proven track of experience working in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent.
Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
Independent and resourceful
Good communication skills and people management skills.
Self-motivated and passionate for F&B industry.
Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
