Job Description

Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to unmanned surface vessel manufacturing, R&D, and sand mining license survey services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and monitor logistics and supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring sales and rental of marine hydrographic survey equipment, including maintaining inventory levels and coordinating with customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce project progress and report to management on the status of ongoing projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in management of grants, including researching and applying for funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and monitoring compliance with grant requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties as assigned by management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting to Operation Manager and Technical Director. Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum one (1) year\'s work experiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead & manage and support in all operation aspect. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environments and tight deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-driven, result-orientated and keen for new challenges and experiences, responsibility and accountability \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of spoken and written English & Malay Company Overview Hidrokinetik Technologies Sdn Bhd provider of hydrographic/geophysical surveying equipment and manpower services for the Marine and Oil & Gas industry.
