Your new company A multinational home appliance manufacturing company with over 50 years of history is looking for a talented Sales & Operations Assistant Manager (Home Appliances) to join their Retail team! Your new role Managing the daily operations including overseeing sales, ensuring customer needs are being met, building good relationships with all business partners, providing product training and cross-functional collaborations. Supporting the brand and marketing team in executing localised marketing campaigns and strategies. Conducting own initial product and sales demonstrations, ensuring that the products are matched to the identified clients needs. Providing professional and effective service to internal and external customers, to meet customer expectations. Ensuring a good level of understanding and knowledge of organisations products and services, which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately and supported by the department. What you\'ll need to succeed At least a diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent education and experiences in Retail businesses (Electrical / Home Appliances). At least 3 - 5 years experience in managing showroom, customer service, aftersales service and operations, service event and marketing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven track record in retail sales. Experienced and competent professional who is able to grasp consumer behaviour and generate related service offerings to contribute to the business.
