We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Assistant Manager

who is fluent in

Japanese

and has a solid background in

finance

. This role supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business execution. Act as a liaison between Japanese stakeholders/clients and internal teams. Translate and interpret financial documents or reports from Japanese to English and vice versa. Assist in financial planning, budget tracking, and cost control initiatives. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies. Participate in the development and improvement of operational workflows and SOPs. Support internal audits and compliance checks. Provide administrative and coordination support for cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of working experience in operations or finance roles. Business-level proficiency in

Japanese (spoken and written)

- JLPT N2 or above preferred. Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
