As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Operations Assistant

to support our day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Daily Operations Support

Assist in processing customer orders across all platforms (EasyStore, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.). Support packaging, shipping, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery. Help coordinate returns and resolve basic fulfillment issues.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately. Support restocking processes and work closely with suppliers for incoming stock. Help maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory organization.

Administrative Tasks

Assist in preparing operational reports, delivery notes, and basic documentation. Update and maintain operational SOPs as needed. Help track and monitor KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy and order turnaround times.

Customer Experience

Assist in tracking and responding to customer feedback from platforms like Shopee, Google Reviews, etc. Report common issues to the team to help improve operational workflows.

Requirements

SPM or Diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role (fresh grads are welcome to apply!). Familiar with eCommerce platforms and shipping tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable using basic digital tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and order tracking platforms.

Bonus Points

Experience working with eCommerce businesses or fulfillment centers. Familiarity with platforms like EasyStore, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Ninja Van, J&T, EasyParcel, etc. Ability to suggest ideas for small process improvements.
