Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Associate
to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of backend processes related to credit applications, KYC/KYB procedures, disbursements, and servicing.The ideal candidate will handle loan disbursements and repayments, respond to customer requests, and maintain clear communication with our partners on operational matters.
Responsibilities
Process loan applications with accuracy, including KYC/KYB checks Handle loan disbursements and repayments in line with procedures Monitor repayment schedules and resolve discrepancies promptly Respond to customer inquiries related to loan servicing Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers and partners
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in operations, including KYC/KYB checks Experience in financial services or working with small businesses preferred Strong attention to detail and familiarity with backend operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
