We are currently looking for an organized and motivated

Operations Clerk

to join our team, to be based at

Bukit Beruntung, Rawang.

The Operations Clerk will be responsible for ensuring Job Sheet are recorded in the system and release to the production line.

You will play an important role in:

To record, monitor and update all the Job Sheet's status to the designated platform/ dashboard. To compile the production daily order and output for analysis purpose. Monitor and assist sales admin-related approval requests such as price discounts, price changes, domestic raw material purchases, etc. Ensure all the domestic raw material purchase orders are delivered on time with correct documents such as DO, invoice, mill certification, and any other documents requested by requestor. Conduct the sourcing process to select the optimal local transporter. Negotiate with agents, transporters, etc. for the best price with quality services and payment terms.

Who are we looking for?

SPM or equivalent is preferred for this position. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the related field for this position.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
