Operations & Client Support Executive

who can confidently manage front-office coordination, client communication, and operational follow-through -- with clarity, accountability, and attention to detail.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys organising, communicating clearly, and taking ownership -- not just completing tasks, but ensuring things are done properly.

Your Role & Responsibilities



Client Communication & Sales Support



Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp with clarity, warmth, and accuracy Understand client intent and recommend suitable products or next steps Coordinate quotations, confirmations, invoicing, and follow-ups Ensure accurate information is shared at all times (products, processes, timelines)

Operations & Internal Coordination



Track orders, payments, and delivery statuses Liaise with packing and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment Flag issues early and follow through until resolved Maintain clear records and follow SOPs consistently

Founder & Team Support



Act as a coordination bridge between the Founder, team, and clients Manage reminders, follow-ups, and priorities Reduce back-and-forth by anticipating needs and organising information clearly

What We're Looking For



Strong written and spoken English (this is non-negotiable) Prior experience in admin, customer service, operations, sales support, or coordination roles Able to prioritise tasks independently and think through situations logically Detail-oriented and accountable -- you follow through, not just respond Comfortable working in a structured environment with SOPs and brand standards Calm, professional, and respectful in communication

What This Role Is NOT



A passive admin role waiting for instructions A sales-only position A role for someone who needs constant supervision or reminders

Probation & Evaluation



This role includes a probation period with clear expectations and performance review. Candidates may be required to complete:

A short written task (email or WhatsApp response) A prioritisation scenario A short paid trial period before confirmation

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
