. We are seeking a

sales-driven and customer-focused Sales, Operations & Support Executive

to support business expansion and user adoption in the Northern Region.

This role combines

sales, client onboarding, user support, and relationship management

, and is suitable for candidates who enjoy field work, engaging with clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Promote and onboard

schools, parents, and merchants

to our cashless school system Identify and acquire

new merchants

to use our EDC solution Conduct product presentations and explain system benefits clearly Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets, with commission incentives

Operations & User Support

Provide onboarding, training, and first-level support to end users Assist users in understanding and using the system effectively Handle operational inquiries and basic troubleshooting Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and projects Follow up on implementation, usage, and client feedback Ensure smooth daily operations and service satisfaction

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client engagement Good general understanding of IT systems (training will be provided) Willing to travel within

(Kedah, Penang, Perlis, Northern Perak)

Preferred Skills / Experience

Sales, business development, or customer support experience Experience dealing with schools, merchants, or education-related projects Exposure to fintech, payment systems, EDC, or cashless solutions
