is to support the recruitment, onboarding and operational coordination of freelance sales agents. This role ensure an effective onboarding, system & process training and smooth day-to-day operations to meet the company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with recruiter & marketing team on recruitment target.
Plan and execute onboarding sessions and training for freelance agents.
Assist in tracking agent performance, KPIs and incentive payout.
Handle queries and resolve issues raise by freelance agents promptly.
Liaise with internal department such as Finance & Customer Service to ensure smooth operational support.
To support day-to-day operations related matters for licensees and resellers when required such as MBE, Near U, Parcelhub and etc.

Requirements:
At least Diploma/Degree holder in Logistic/ Sales or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or operations coordination preferably courier or logistic industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with freelance agents.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient MS Office / Google Workspace
May require occassional travel within service areas
Standard working hour with flexibility to support urgent recruitment or operational issues
