Job Scope1. Portfolio & Data Management
Sort and categorize samples according to defined sample categories
Create, maintain, and regularly update basic data records in relevant systems
Ensure visibility and accuracy of sales and distributor-related parameters in the tools
2. Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Development, etc.) to ensure timely sample delivery
Prepare and consolidate information to support decision-making and escalation processes
3. Manual Order Handling
Review and validate sample order content for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on incomplete, blocked, or unclear orders
Approve or reject sample orders and provide first-level order confirmation
Update planned delivery dates in the defined systems
4. Stock & Inventory Management
Manage inventory levels to meet defined targets and ensure correct availability visibility in systems
Initiate sample ordering from production sites, R&D, or other locations when stock is unavailable
Conduct quarterly inventory analysis and initiate necessary actions (e.g. scrapping, selling, or redistribution)
5. Data & Performance Tracking
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Utilize standardized processes and reports for operational and strategic activities
Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous process optimization
