You will report to the Regional & Country Cx Lead and be responsible for managing work order-related processes, compliance, and serving as the main point of contact for issues arising from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work order processes, including amendments, budget increases, extensions, and closures
Oversee payment requests, invoice reviews, and resolution of billing issues with finance, suppliers, and project teams
Ensure compliance with mandatory documentation, policies, vetting, approvals, and rights-to-work checks
Act as liaison between on-shore and off-shore service teams, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain documentation trackers (e.g., compliance, work pass, contractor roster) and provide required reports, including monthly and ad hoc reports
Qualifications
1-2 years of procurement experience with a basic understanding of procurement principles
1-2 years of customer service or client service experience
Knowledge of HR/staffing industry processes and terminology
Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and messaging tools
Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Ariba) preferred

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
