Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational matters to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime, delays, and unnecessary costs.
Provide support and guidance to the wider operations team as required.
Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and support company growth.
Oversee the cleanliness and proper upkeep of worker hostels.
Handle FOMEMA medical check-ups and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Assist in transporting workers to clinics or hospitals when medical attention is needed.
Ensure all assigned tasks and operational goals are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Perform other ad hoc duties or assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a
valid driving license
and
own car.
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently.
Willing to work
6 days a week
.
Willingness to relocate is an added advantage.
