Duties & Responsibilities



Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance, HR, sales) to support smooth communication. Track and monitor workflow progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations. Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and process improvements. Handle scheduling, planning, and coordination of resources, staff, and materials. Identify and escalate operational issues, risks, or delays to management. Assist in preparing operational reports, performance tracking, and data analysis.


Job Requirements



Enthusiastic Optimistic Hardworking Good communication skills Caring & Passionate Flexibility & challenge lover Proficient in use of MS Office applications. Candidates must possess at least SPM or higher educational/qualification Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required. Chinese will be added advantage 1-3 years & above work experience * Positive attitide
