Job Description

Key responsibilities



Track and manage project resources Perform administrative tasks such as filing, creating documents, taking minutes Liaise with different departments and provide updates Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate staff Liaise with stakeholders on timelines and operational matters Support client servicing, including handling inquiries, coordinating requests and following up on project needs Prepare reports and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders Coordinate across various departments to ensure smooth operations Handle additional operational tasks as assigned

Requirements



Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage diverse responsibilities Great communication skills (written and verbal) High level of initiative and independence in completing tasks Good organizational skills Experienced in operations, coordination, or related field
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
