Our company is seeking a versatile and proactive Operations Coordinator/Generalist Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, including logistics, customer service, and sales. The Operations Coordinator/Generalist Coordinator will work closely with the management team and other staff members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee logistics, including transportation, storage, and delivery of furniture
- Coordinate with customers and consignors to ensure timely and efficient delivery and pick-up of furniture
- Assist in on-the-ground sales at our warehouse
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement
- Manage administrative tasks, such as invoicing, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline operations and processes
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or small business environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Extremely organized and likes keeping things in order
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
