Operations Customer Service Contract (miri Branch)

Job Description

  • Monitor operations performance level.
  • Assist to schedule pick-up and delivery arrangement with drivers and riders.
  • Ensure all teams work as per company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP when discharging their duties.
  • Closely monitor daily operation activities under the supervision of operation manager
  • Act as a focal point and assist when there an emergency situation arises.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the operation manager and the Management
Job Requirement
  • Minimum highest education: SPM and above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Computer literate: function in computer windows, Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, preferably multilingual.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Can work in a team and multitaskers.
