Operations Customer Service Contract (miri Branch)

Job Description
- Monitor operations performance level.
- Assist to schedule pick-up and delivery arrangement with drivers and riders.
- Ensure all teams work as per company\xe2\x80\x99s SOP when discharging their duties.
- Closely monitor daily operation activities under the supervision of operation manager
- Act as a focal point and assist when there an emergency situation arises.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the operation manager and the Management
- Minimum highest education: SPM and above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate: function in computer windows, Microsoft Words & Excel
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, preferably multilingual.
- Possess own transport.
- Can work in a team and multitaskers.
Contract length: 6 months Benefits:
