We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Operations & E-Commerce Assistant
to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will handle essential paperwork, manage online store orders, and ensure product labeling is accurate and complete.
Responsibilities:
Issue
Delivery Orders (DOs)
and process customer orders efficiently.
Maintain accurate order records and assist with order fulfillment.
Manage
online store
orders, including order tracking and customer coordination.
Ensure all products are labeled correctly with stickers before distribution.
Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory and sales operations.
Utilize
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reports.
Use
Adobe Illustrator
to edit or print stickers.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of
Adobe Illustrator
(for simple design tasks).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently
and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Prior experience in e-commerce order management or administrative work is a plus.
