Technical & Experience Checklist:
- A Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in elevator or escalator handling installation, maintenance, or repair coordination.
- Fair to strong knowledge of the mechanical and electrical systems of elevators is essential.
- Leadership Skills: You are a motivator and a great teacher.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional, and effective in all formats (written and verbal).
- Good PR Skills: Friendly, professional, and excellent at building rapport with clients.
- Record-Keeping Abilities: Highly organized and meticulous with documentation.

- The Master Planner: Managing and scheduling all maintenance activities to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Safety & Quality Champion: Performing regular site inspections and audits, ensuring all systems meet the highest safety standards.
- The Client Whisperer: Providing clear, confident technical explanations to our clients. Your good PR skills will shine here!
- Savvy: Preparing quotations, following up on Purchase Orders (POs), and managing maintenance budgets.
- The Communicator: Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance work and providing timely updates to clients and internal management.
