About the Role

As an

Operations Executive

, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end inbound and fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate SKU information, smooth supplier coordination, and optimal inventory performance.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including

Business Development, Commercial, and Operations

to maintain efficient replenishment cycles and ensure seamless fulfillment operations. This position is ideal for a

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and fulfillment requests (RTS, VRTS) and coordinate last-minute inbound adjustments based on supplier delivery schedules. Execute purchase order (PO)-related tasks, including PO re-IBs, stock transfers, and follow-ups on pending orders. Coordinate with Business Development and suppliers to resolve inbound and delivery issues efficiently. Maintain and update SKU master data (barcodes, costs, operational parameters) and ensure correct linkage of SKUs to suppliers. Monitor supplier performance, inbound fulfillment rates, and quota utilization; identify and report irregularities. Perform PO chasing and send professional reminders to suppliers for pending actions. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies at the MTSKU level; document root causes and corrective measures. Generate regular operational reports and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Work independently while escalating complex issues when necessary; contribute to process and SOP enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field. 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or stakeholder management. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas). Strong time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment. Excellent command of English; proficiency in

Malay

or

Chinese

is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

RM2,200

Attendance Incentive:

RM300

Annual Leave:

1 day per month (prorated)
