We're Hiring - Sales & Operations Executive (Full-Time)Join our team and help parents and students get the right school uniforms! We're lookingfor a friendly, detail-oriented team member to support both customer service at our schoolsite and operations/packing at our storage hub. Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive Job Type: Full-time- Work Locations:? Uniform Collection Point (UCP), Sri KDU Schools, Kota Damansara (MRT KotaDamansara - 400m, ~9 mins walk)? Storage & Processing Hub, Subang Jaya (LRT Taipan - 600m, ~9 mins walk) Reports to: Manager, Programmes and Strategic Operations Work Schedule? Days: Monday - Friday (weekdays only)? Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours with 1-hour lunch break)? Overtime: Applicable during peak seasons or high-demand periods, paid at RM12/hour? Start Date: ( earliest available)

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Support (School Site)? Assist students during uniform fitting with parents present.? Recommend correct sizes based on fit and school guidelines.? Guide parents through the online ordering process, payments, and collection details.? Assist parents collecting pre-ordered uniforms, verify packages, and obtainacknowledgment if required.? Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming fitting/collection area.Operations & Storage Support (Subang Jaya Hub)? Process and monitor uniform orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.? Pack parcels and pick-up bags for delivery or school collection.? Track inventory and highlight low stock or purchasing needs.? Conduct stock-take according to the timeline set.? Report issues such as missing items or discrepancies promptly.? Support overall operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Job Requirements? Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).? Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data recording and reporting.? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in both sales and operations.? Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with parents and students.? Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.? Physically capable of performing light lifting and packing tasks safely.? Prior experience in retail, customer service, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
