Job Description

Position Name : Sales & Operations Executive

Salary Range : RM 4,000 - RM 5,000

Location : Bukit Jalil, Next to pavilion 2

Working Hours : 9.00am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities



Build and maintain strong relationships with stockists and partners Plan and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth Coordinate product flow and manage inventory levels efficiently Collaborate with finance teams on payments, reconciliations, and reporting Oversee order fulfilment processes and provide excellent after-sales support Prepare and analyse sales reports to deliver actionable insights Plan, source, and manage event logistics and brand activations Manage the brand's e-commerce platform (EasyStore) Upload, update, and maintain accurate and engaging product listings

Requirements



Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and brand development Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (EasyStore or Shopify preferred) Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
