General Management
Oversee daily cleaning and sanitization operations
Develops and executes cleaning and sanitization activity as per schedule
Coordinate with client and facility manager for any ad-hoc activities
Ensure materials consumption within planned budget and forecast
Ensure all cleaning records are accurate and complete with proper documentation
To oversee daily cleaning issue & rectify the problem to prevent reoccurrence.
To oversee a group of cleaners & ensure smooth cleaning operation.
To report daily activities to client contact and attend monthly meetings/ conduct inspections on behalf of management for progress meetings
Ensure all statutory and government rules and regulations are being adhered to within the scope of work being undertaken
To understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement.
On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Operations Manager and discuss works that require completion. Attend weekly, or as required meetings with Operations Manager to assess current progress.
Reporting reports are broken down in accordance with Client guidelines, per site, and per service on a monthly basis or as determined by the Client
Manpower Management
Manage and supervise overall manpower recruitment and placement system
Manage daily conversations with staffs and clients
Set up cleaning Standard Operating Procedures in Hygiene Partner Program and spring cleaning services
Daily / Weekly location check-in to different job sites for supervision and QC
Fortnightly / Monthly location check in for salary acknowledgement and documentation for delivery order and quality assurance check with customer
Recruitment
Setup recruitment, advertisements and interview systems with DGM and manage them
Ongoing recruitment for replacement workers and part-timers as reserves for Hygiene Partner Program, Spring Cleaning, and Home Cleaning teams
Setup quality checks system for all level of cleaning staffs with DGM
Training
Establish a training schedule and train the team timely.
Develop Training, SOP and Quality Assurance programs for all cleaning manpower
Setup cleaning training system for all level of cleaning staffs with DGM and manage all cleaning staff training
Set up WSQ training schedule for cleaners and liaise with training provider to ensure the cleaning staffs are trained by a WSQ certified company and also internally trained by Manpower Training and Quality Assurance Executive
Compliance and Others
Regular feedback and survey form for all Hygiene Partner Program clients and Spring Cleaning jobs
Dispatch cleaning staffs for mandatory medical checkups (e.g. Work Permit, ECDA medical declaration, etc.)
Prepare all documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. NEA license renewal, MOM S-Pass and work permit application and renewal, NEA audits, etc.)
Any other duties as assigned by Management
Key Competencies:
Ability to work in a team environment with professional and optimistic attitude.
Able to work independently with limited supervision. Must be proactive and takes action without being prompted.
Prior work experience in cleanroom or GMP environment is preferred
Must be able to work shift
Basic knowledge of computer skills, work proficiently with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SAP transaction
A proven track record in contractor cleaning management
Good communications skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organization
To be proactive in looking for value-add opportunities to increase contract GOP
Understand Contract obligations
To be professional in communicating with clients
Responsible for the adherence to all Occupational Health and safety conditions
Understand and be proactive in the adherence to al Sodexho policy and procedure guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
