Job responsibilities:
1. Operational Coordination:
oAssist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
oCoordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
oMonitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
2. Process Improvement:
oIdentify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
oDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
oMonitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making.
3.Resource Management:
oAssist in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
oEnsure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary resources.
oSupport budget preparation and cost management initiatives.
4. Team Support and Development:
oProvide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
oFoster a positive and productive work environment.
oAssist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
oEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
oConduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of service or product delivery.
oImplement corrective actions to address any operational issues.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
oMaintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
oPrepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
oAssist in the preparation of operational documentation and reports for management.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
oCollaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
oFacilitate effective communication and coordination between departments
Requirements:
SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field.
Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel).
Able to work independently and as a team.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
