Role Overview

We're hiring a

hands-on Operations Executive

to manage daily installation operations, technicians, and logistics. This person will be the backbone of our on-ground operations -- ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion, while keeping communication clear between the sales team, customers, and installers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and assign installation schedules for all technician teams. Track daily job progress and ensure technicians follow company SOPs. Handle customer coordination before and after installation (timing, access, site readiness). Support the sales and after-sales teams to resolve on-site issues quickly. Manage inventory and order tools, cables, MCBs, RCCBs, and other materials as needed. Ensure all photos, job reports, and payments are submitted after each installation. Continuously improve internal SOPs and efficiency for scaling operations. Work closely with management to plan manpower and logistics expansion.

Requirements

Male, preferably

age 30 and above.

Able to speak and write

English and Malay

fluently. Minimum 3 years experience in

operations, field coordination, or electrical/project work

. Strong with

organization, problem-solving, and communication

. Comfortable using a

laptop, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic tools/software

. Must have a

car or motorcycle

for site visits if needed. Calm, reliable, and capable of managing technicians and customers firmly but professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
