Hi there! We are a company specializing in cross-border logistics between Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. We are looking to welcome a new member into our Operations Department!

We are currently hiring for our Hub in Gelang Patah, Johor.

Responsibilities of an Operations Executive:

Liaising with customers for truck bookings Processing new shipments received from customers Liaising with partner offices within Malaysia and HQ in Singapore Communicating with drivers on shipment updates Tracking shipments and updating customers on collection/delivery timings Prepare shipment reports when required
Requirements of an Operations Executive:

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management (Transportation/Logistics). Fresh Graduates & Entry-Level Candidates Welcome! Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge and understanding of shipping documents preferred Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred
What we offer:

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
