WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Handle insurance policy issuance, including generating accurate quotations and preparing cover notes within set timelines. Work closely with customers to gather required documents and ensure a seamless policy issuance process. Carefully review documents and cover notes for accuracy and completeness, enabling timely policy activation. Coordinate with insurance providers to follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth processing. Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries and maintaining satisfaction with our products and services. Contribute to team efforts by meeting sales and renewal targets.

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:



Minimum diploma in business, communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably handling email and WhatsApp communications. Proven hands-on experience in insurance issuance is a must. Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-reliance and adaptability to handle responsibilities independently. Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a people management role.
