Featured Operations Executive (KL, Sabah, Sarawak) This established logistics company is looking to hire an Operations Executive to be based in either KL, Kota Kinabalu Sabah or Kuching Sarawak. Would be advantageous if have spoken Mandarin but not necessary, must have had at least 1 year of logistics operations experience. The role will be from 1PM-10PM, an afternoon to night shift, 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities Assisting in the coordination with customers & vendors for the shipment arrangements Assisting in the management of all export and import shipments Inputting and updating data into the systems Preparing documents eg, Bill of Lading, invoice, HAWB Sending pre-alerts to the destination agents to follow up on delivery status Skills & Experience Required Holding a Diploma at the minimum Good proficiency with MS Office Good communication with English, Malay and if possible, Mandarin To apply, please click \'APPLY NOW\' or email Raisa Azzam at [HIDDEN TEXT].
