Consolidate shipments and plan loads to optimise cost, space, and route.
Verify cargo dimensions/weight vs truck capacity & legal limits.
Prepare loading sequence, special handling notes, and cut-off timelines.
Truck Allocation & Dispatch
Allocate suitable trucks/hauliers based on capacity, route, and driver availability.
Issue job orders/DOs, monitor trips in real time, and update ETAs.
Coordinate contingencies (breakdowns, delays, no-shows) and escalate as needed.
Customer Service (B2B)
Be the first point of contact for job status and general enquiries.
Handle booking changes and service recovery.
Capture customer requirements accurately and relay to internal teams.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's
in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related.
Fresh graduates are
strongly encouraged
to apply.
Skills & Traits
Good communication (English; Bahasa Malaysia a plus; Mandarin is an advantage).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with formulas & basic pivot tables.
Analytical, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts/after hours on rotation when required.
