Vessel Operations & Material Logistics

Monitor daily vessel operations, locations, activities and Onhire/Offhire status; provide updates to the Operations Superintendent as needed. Liaise with vessel crews, clients, agents, suppliers and internal departments regarding vessel arrangements, movements and operational issues. Oversee vessel logistics, including coordination of material delivery between shore and custom clearance application and support loading/backloading of spares, stores, and equipment. Use departmental databases to manage vessel reports, certifications, drawings, and manuals.

Inspection, Audits & Compliance

Assist in attending and closing out internal and external audits (ISM, ISPS, MLC). Support inspection processes including PHI, OVID, MWS, Class Surveys, Port State Control and other governmental body surveys. Attend inspections (e.g., PHI) on behalf of the Superintendent and assist in closing related punchlists and findings.

Documentation & Reporting

Verify and process Delivery Orders, Service Orders and Invoices before submission to HQ/Finance.

ESG & Data Management

Responsible for ESG data collection related to waste management and assist in gathering other relevant operational data.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
