- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and self-motivated.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Share a positive attitude with fellow colleagues.
- Friendly, approachable, service-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to plan, manage, motivate, and lead team members at the center to ensure service excellence in accordance with Principals\' guidelines and the center.
- Monitor staffs\' performances and provide feedback to achieve KPIs set by Principals.
- Prepare reports to management and Principals.
- Liaise directly with management and Principals for plans and issues.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- H&S upon confirmation.
- Five- and half-day week work.
- Parking allowance.
