Ability to plan, manage, motivate, and lead team members at the center to ensure service excellence in accordance with Principals\' guidelines and the center.
Monitor staffs\' performances and provide feedback to achieve KPIs set by Principals.
Prepare reports to management and Principals.
Liaise directly with management and Principals for plans and issues.
