Logistics Executive - HT Logistics Sdn Bhd

Job Requirements:

• Proactive candidates with a positive working attitude and a growth mindset.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Candidates with prior 1-2 years of working experience in the field of supply chain and logistics. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who have sat for and passed the Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) course.

• Track status of export/import shipments and update the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support planner counterpart in liaising with consignee and internal stakeholders for delivery and where applicable, empty container return.
• Liaise with consignee and stevedore for timing of unstuffing work, as and when required.
• To compile shipping documents, delivery orders and invoices for Clients, and to arrange to courier where necessary.
• Customs Clearance

• Prepare/compile and check the completeness of shipping documents.
• Apply for relevant export/import permits, where necessary.
• Interface with shipping agents for release of Delivery Order for import clearance.
• Interface with relevant authorities, e.g. Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Department of Agriculture.
• To draft and to register electronic customs declarations.
• Take remedial measures to expedite export/import clearance, if required.
• Logistics Operations

• To manage container stuffing/unstuffing and cargo operations at Kuching depot/warehouse and Client site.
• Warehouse inventory management.
• To assist HT Maintenance with payment and collection of spare parts in Kuching.
• To assist HT Transporters with directions in and around Kuching.

• Salary Range: RM2000 - RM2500 (negotiable)
• Commissions
• Travel allowance
