Providing high-quality Customer Service to valued customers.
Following SOPs while assisting customers in their requests.
Using company resources and other channels to assist in fulfilling requests.
Engage lifestyle partners in shopping, hospitality, travel and other industries to assist in requests and program requirements.
Assist professionally in written and verbal communication.
Provide day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as appropriate to the position.
Communicate courteously with merchant and/or customer by telephone, email, and face to face (if necessary)
Job Details:
Sunday - Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00pm including public holidays
Location: Amcorp Trade Center, Petaling Jaya
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field.
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin will be added advantage
Experienced in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
Interest in travel, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.
