Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality Customer Service to valued customers.
  • Following SOPs while assisting customers in their requests.
  • Using company resources and other channels to assist in fulfilling requests.
  • Engage lifestyle partners in shopping, hospitality, travel and other industries to assist in requests and program requirements.
  • Assist professionally in written and verbal communication.
  • Provide day-to-day support to mobile apps, e-Commerce, retail-related platforms and apps, including but not limited to SMS-based concierge service, as appropriate to the position.
  • Communicate courteously with merchant and/or customer by telephone, email, and face to face (if necessary)
Job Details:
  • Sunday - Saturday: 9.00am to 6.00pm including public holidays
  • Location: Amcorp Trade Center, Petaling Jaya
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Experienced in lifestyle, travel, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Interest in travel, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.
